FRACTIONAL CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

We help Manufacturing Companies
Double their Revenue with Tools and Process

How?

By Increasing their Capacity, and Consuming it to generate Sales

What Does that Mean?

There are two sides to every Business: Capacity and Demand.

Capacity is how much work the Business can do, and Demand is how much work the Business is being asked to do.

In order to increase Capacity, we create a deliberate plan for how to run and grow the Business, and then setup the tools and process to make that happen.

And then to increase Demand, we get out into the world and start talking with people.

So, in order to Double their Revenue, we increase their Capacity with Tools and Process, and then consume it to generate Sales.

Want to learn how I got here?

It started when I left Corporate America. I realized I was fully satisfied with being a Software Engineer, so I quit my dream job.

So I created a software company. It started out simple, and as time passed our product grew into a fully-fledged work management and itemized billing solution for small scale manufacturers.

Then one day, I received an email from our largest customer. It read: "Bruh, join D3PC. I want you to be our CEO because I trust you and you're way more interested in business than I am." I was blown away, our largest customer had just asked me to become their CEO!

So that's what I did: I sold them my business and became their CEO.

And man, I completely underestimated how much work it would be. In just 3 years I had gone from living in a comfy 9-5 corporate job, to a CEO of a Mechanical Engineering Company.

Now there was no one. Alone on top, and the last man standing. The only thing in-between my employees and oblivion was my spine.

So what did I do? Get to work that's what. Any problem, any situation, it did not matter. I did what was necessary.

I worked 93 hours per week for 6 months straight to stabilize the business and double its revenue.

And I thought to myself: "Man, there are probably tons of businesses going through this. I wonder if I could do this for them too?"

So that's what I did - I created Upsurge Consulting!
